SALON CAREER PATH
On completion of the TONI&GUY Apprenticeship Programme you are a fully qualified Stylist or Colour Technician.

Our emphasis on creativity provides you with continual professional development, and an opportunity to explore the management and business side of the company or hairdressing education.
If ownership of a salon is your dream, then you can learn and perfect the TONI&GUY business principles through our TONI&GUY Business Academy, from how to run a successful business through to retaining enthusiastic staff.

If teaching others is your passion, there is a place for you at one of our 18 Academies around the world. From Beginners and staff training through to Advanced Cutting and Colouring and beyond, there is a chance to travel the world teaching hundreds of other hairdressers the TONI&GUY philosophy.
Additionally, as part of the International Artistic Team you will work on stage, at seminars, backstage as a session hairdresser for London Fashion Week, at industry trade events and much more.

Media, comprising of TV, PR, Marketing and Design, HR, Finance, Distribution and Customer Service are all departments you will find at Head Office. So if working closely with fashion influencers, creating visual brand assets, employee welfare or number crunching is your thing, there is an opportunity here for you.
